Omnesto answers calls, qualifies leads and books appointments – around the clock, with processes and data protection aligned with GDPR requirements.
Businesses do not lose customers because of poor quality, but because nobody answers the phone. At the same time, clear requirements apply to the processing of personal data – including on the phone.
Omnesto answers calls immediately – even when your team is busy or out of the office.
Leads are qualified and guided directly to a concrete next step.
Routine calls and follow-up work are automated. Your team gains valuable time.
Omnesto combines natural conversations with your existing business data and processes.
Omnesto conducts every conversation directly in the caller’s language – without switching or waiting for the “right” language selection. The agents support:
The assistant reads appointments, price lists, availability and other business data live from your own system – without separate intermediate storage by third parties beyond the processors disclosed in the data processing agreement. No additional data copy or integration layer is required.
Omnesto supports GDPR-compliant use under German law. Six points that matter for your business:
If calls are recorded, informed and verifiable consent must be obtained before recording begins. Omnesto can technically support this consent process.
Recordings and transcripts are deleted once their purpose has been fulfilled. Retention periods are documented by industry and use case rather than kept indefinitely.
Where processing is carried out on behalf of a customer, a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR governs the subject matter, purpose, technical and organisational measures and subprocessors.
Where personal data is processed outside the EEA, this is done only in accordance with Chapter V GDPR and the safeguards required in each case.
Call data is processed only for the contractually defined purposes. Any further use takes place only where an appropriate legal basis exists.
Role-based access rights, encrypted transmission and traceable logging support the technical and organisational safeguards under Art. 32 GDPR.

“Since using Omnesto, we no longer miss calls from prospective buyers – even in the evenings or at weekends. Enquiries are qualified immediately, viewing appointments are booked automatically, and our team conducts noticeably more viewings without extra phone time.”
“Repair reports and general tenant enquiries are now received around the clock – urgent cases are identified and forwarded more quickly. Our team spends less time on routine calls, and call summaries make follow-up documentation much easier.”

In Germany, recording a call generally requires the prior, informed and verifiable consent of the participants. A simple notice followed by continuing the conversation is generally not sufficient. Omnesto can technically support the consent process.
Data processing and the subprocessors used are documented contractually. Where data is transferred to third countries, the requirements of Chapter V GDPR apply.

medcycle UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Berlin, Germany
Applies to the use of omnesto.pro and the processing of personal data in connection with Omnesto. Effective from 21 September 2026.
The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is medcycle UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kolonnenstraße 8, 10827 Berlin, Germany, represented by Managing Director Eik-Robert Burggraf, email: kontakt@omnesto.pro.
When you access omnesto.pro, technically necessary connection and log data may be processed, in particular the IP address, time of access, requested resource and technical browser and device information. Processing is carried out to provide the website securely and reliably on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where information is stored on or read from your terminal device, we also comply with Section 25 TDDDG.
If you contact us by email or via a demo request, we process the contact details and content you provide in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request serves to initiate a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
When Omnesto is used by business customers, the respective business customer is generally the controller for processing the data of its callers. To that extent, medcycle processes personal data on behalf of the customer and concludes a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. The specific allocation of roles may vary depending on the agreed use case and is documented contractually.
Where a use case provides for the recording of telephone calls, valid, informed and verifiable consent of the participants must be obtained before recording begins. Merely providing an option to object or simply continuing the conversation is generally not sufficient. In addition, the confidentiality of the non-public spoken word under Section 201 of the German Criminal Code must be observed. Whether and how recordings or transcripts are used is configured for the respective customer and use case.
We use technical service providers for operating the website and Omnesto where necessary. Where they act as processors, they are engaged on the basis of Art. 28 GDPR. Categories and specific subprocessors are listed in the data processing agreement or its annexes where relevant to the respective Omnesto contract.
Where personal data is transferred to recipients outside the European Economic Area, this is done only in compliance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, for example on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. For call data processed on behalf of customers, deletion periods are governed by the instructions and agreements with the respective business customer.
Subject to the statutory requirements, data subjects have in particular the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). Consent that has been given may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future under Art. 7(3) GDPR.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For medcycle UG, the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information is generally the supervisory authority responsible at the company’s registered office.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures under Art. 32 GDPR, in particular to protect against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. These may include encrypted transmission, role-based access rights and logging.
We update this Privacy Policy when changes to our data processing or the legal situation make this necessary. The version published on omnesto.pro at the relevant time applies.
medcycle UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Attn. Data Protection, Kolonnenstraße 8, 10827 Berlin, Germany — kontakt@omnesto.pro
For contracts between medcycle UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and its business customers (B2B) concerning the use of Omnesto. As of 21 September 2026.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts between medcycle UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Berlin, Germany ("Provider") and businesses within the meaning of Section 14 BGB ("Customer") concerning the provision and use of the “Omnesto” software platform (voice AI phone assistance). Contracts are not concluded with consumers. Deviating terms of the Customer apply only if the Provider has expressly agreed to them in writing.
The presentation of Omnesto on omnesto.pro does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation for the Customer to submit an offer, e.g. via a demo request, order form or quotation. The contract is concluded by written confirmation from the Provider (email is sufficient) or by activation of the customer account.
The Provider supplies the Customer with cloud-based software for the automated handling, qualification and scheduling of telephone calls (“Omnesto Reception” and “Omnesto Sales”) under the selected plan. The scope of functions, included credit allowance and prices are determined by the pricing overview on omnesto.pro valid at the time of order or by the individual quotation. “Omnesto Connect” (custom system/API integrations) is agreed separately based on effort and is not part of the standard plans.
The prices published on omnesto.pro apply (net, plus statutory VAT). Plans with monthly billing are invoiced monthly in advance and plans with annual billing annually in advance. Unused credits from a billing period do not automatically expire unless otherwise agreed for the respective plan; additional credits may be purchased at any time according to the published credit price list and are credited after payment is received. The “Free” plan is provided free of charge and does not create an entitlement to a particular scope of functions or level of availability.
The “Pro monthly” plan may be cancelled monthly. Plans with an annual term (“Pro annual”, “Business annual”) run for 12 months and renew for further 12-month periods unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice before the end of the term. The right to terminate for cause remains unaffected. Cancellations must be made in text form (email is sufficient).
The Customer must inform callers before a call is recorded to the extent required by law and/or obtain their consent, keep access credentials confidential and not use Omnesto for unlawful purposes. The Customer ensures that information provided through the local database (e.g. appointments, price lists) may be processed lawfully.
The Provider endeavours to ensure high platform availability but, unless individually agreed otherwise, does not owe a specific availability percentage. Maintenance windows are announced in advance where possible. The scope of support depends on the selected plan.
The Provider has unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence and in accordance with the German Product Liability Act. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the damage typically foreseeable under the contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The Provider assumes no liability for the accuracy of local data supplied by the Customer, such as price lists or availability.
The Provider’s Privacy Policy and the data processing agreement (DPA) concluded between the parties under Art. 28 GDPR apply to the processing of personal data.
The Provider may amend these Terms with effect for the future where this is necessary due to changes in law, case law or for technical reasons. The Customer will be informed of changes in text form at least 30 days before they take effect and may object; in the event of an objection, the previous Terms continue to apply and the Provider is entitled to terminate the contract ordinarily.
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for merchants is Berlin. If individual provisions of these Terms are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
